Add and edit organizations in the Streak iOS app

We recently updated the Streak iOS app to allow you to add and edit contacts from your iPhone or iPad.

Now, you can add the companies they work with as organizations to better manage the relationships, deals, and opportunities in your CRM. 

Organizations allow you to track each contact that you have within a single company. They help you map out relationships and stay on top of your team’s communication history with automatic timelines of emails and events in organization pages. 

Add a new organization to Streak on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Find the box the new organization belongs in using the search tab or by scrolling through your pipeline.
2. Tap the “Contacts and organizations” section in the box view.
3. Click the “+” button in the top right corner.
4. Select the “New Organization” option in the menu.
5. Add the organization’s details.
6. Tap “Done”. 

Edit an organization in Streak on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Use the search tab in the bottom right corner to search for the organization you want to edit.
2. Tap the correct result to go to the organization in Streak.
3. Tap “Edit” in the top right. 
4. Edit any necessary information.
5. Tap “Done”.
