Until recently, if an email came in from a user, you’d have to notice the email, remember whether you already had a box for that user, and then add the email to the correct box.

Notifications When a Box is Assigned To You

They’ll get an email and a chat notification (that’s new too!) and be following the box automatically — that means any subsequent changes to the box will send out a notification.
